Our
professional staff are fully qualified in all aspects of catering,
food and beverage service. We have Food Safety Plans as standard
and are registered with the Victorian Licensing Commission to dispense
liquor.
Our kitchen facilities enable us to cater in remote venues including
film shoots and mining sites. We specialise in Weddings where we
can organise a buffet, sit down or finger food event.
Corporate events catered for include ; The World Hot Air Balloon
Championships in Mildura, The Mildura Races, Opera in the Park Mildura,
Business Excellence Awards in Broken Hill and Mildura, Jazz and
Wine Lock 11 Mildura, Country Music Awards Mildura, Womans Day Big
Brother winner Wedding in Broken Hill , Country Energy Broken Hill.
Mildura Council civic receptions, Marina Development Luncheon.
All venues can be adapted to suit our catering as we are fully self
sufficient with our mobile kitchens. |
