Brian
O'Donnell
Brian has been in the Mildura region since 1994 and has established
catering at a number of sites in the region and has joined Russell
in establishing The Gourmet Chef. Brian is a qualified accountant
with over twenty five years in hospitality, and looks after the
organisation and planning of your function.
David Lamprell
David joined the team in March 2004 as head chef. He was born in
the United Kingdom where he trained and worked for 17 years in fine
dining establishments, before emigrating to Australia in 2000.
Whilst in the UK he achieved various accolades including finalist
in the Young Chef of the Year competition, two AA Rosettes for innovative
cuisine and listings in the UK Good Food Guide.
The Gourmet Chef are pleased to have him as an important member
of the team. From a gourmet food and wine dinner to a five course
wedding , David has the experience to cater for your every need.
