The Gourmet Chef at Elvera Gardens
Elvera Gardens and The Gourmet Chef are excited to announce their joint venture launching the newest function venue in Sunraysia. Set in the midst of the ambience of Elvera the venue can cater for up to 1000 plus people. Elvera Gardens, already sought after for wedding ceremonies, can now host your entire special day. We can also do Birthdays, Conferences and more.
Venue Inclusions:

- Male, Female and Disabled toilets
- Outdoor tower light
- Rubbish removal
- Meal supplied by The Gourmet Chef. Menu to be selected from Set Menu Option 2, Finger Food 12 items, or Buffet Menu Option 2.
- Crockery and Cutlery to suit menu
- Glassware
- Beverage service at bar (client to supply beverages). Based on six hour duration.
Marquee provided by Party Hire (not inclusive). Standard package provided by Party Hire is:
- Marquee with silk lining and fairy lights
- Domed lights
- Dance floor
- Round tables, white chairs, bridal trestle and cake table.
- Table linen, Bridal table skirt, cake table skirt. Serviettes supplied (Napkins extra)
- Coolroom

100 people – $97.00 per head plus GST
Terms and Conditions:
1. Function duration maximum six hours. Finishing time – midnight
2. Venue must be vacated half an hour after bar closing time
3. The Gourmet Chef abides by the Responsible Service of Alcohol Guidelines
4. Menus can be altered to a cocktail, buffet or two course set menu. Please enquire as to pricings for each option
5. Children between the age of 5 to 12 years don’t get charged the full amount unless they want the adults menu you select. We charge children at this age $25.00 plus GST per person for the package and what menu items you select are added to this price. Children aged 5 and under are free of charge.
